Qualifications

  • Grade 12 completion
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, E-Commerce, IT, or Project Management
  • Minimum 3 years banking experience emphasising customer service
  • Professional certifications preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
