How NATSAVE collects, uses and protects your information.

Introduction

NATSAVE ("us", "we", or "our") operates https://www.natsave.co.zm/ (the "Service"). This policy covers the collection, safeguarding, and disclosure of information from use of the Service. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of information described here. Terms not defined here follow our Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

Service, Personal Data, Usage Data, Cookies, Data Controller, Data Processors/Service Providers, Data Subject, and The User are defined terms used throughout this policy in their standard data-protection sense.

Information Collection and Use

Personal Data: email, first/last name, phone number, address/country/state/province/ZIP/city, cookies and usage data. You may be contacted via newsletters or marketing communications and can opt out via the unsubscribe link.

Usage Data: IP address, browser type/version, pages visited, visit timing and duration, device identifiers, diagnostic data, and OS/browser information.

Location Data: used and stored with permission; can be enabled or disabled in device settings.

Tracking Cookies Data: session, preference, security, and advertising cookies.

Other Data: sex, age, date of birth, place of birth, passport details, citizenship, residence registration, phone numbers, education documents, professional qualifications, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, compensation information, marital status, family members, taxpayer ID, and office location.

Use of Data

Data is used to provide and maintain the Service; notify you of changes; enable interactive features; provide customer support; analyse and improve the Service; monitor usage; detect and prevent technical issues; fulfil stated purposes and contractual obligations including billing; send account/subscription/renewal notices; share news and offers on similar goods/services; and any other purpose with your consent.

Retention of Data

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Longer retention applies where required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or agreement enforcement. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period except where needed for security, functionality, or legal requirements.

Transfer of Data

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside your jurisdiction. If you are located outside Zambia, you consent to the transfer of your data to Zambia for processing. Appropriate safeguards are required before transferring data to other organisations or countries.

Disclosure of Data

Data may be disclosed for law enforcement purposes, in connection with a business transaction (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), or in other cases such as to subsidiaries/affiliates, contractors/service providers, for a stated purpose, to display company logos on the website, with your consent, or to protect rights, property, and safety.

Security of Data

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. NATSAVE uses commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Data Protection Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your information; request rectification; object to processing; restrict processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent. Requests can be made to info@natsave.co.zm or customercare@natsave.co.zm. Identity verification may be required.

Do Not Track Signals Policy

NATSAVE respects applicable Do Not Track browser signals where technically feasible.

What Personal Information We Have About You

On request, NATSAVE will disclose the categories of data collected, their sources and purposes, third parties involved, specific data pieces held, and whether categories were sold or disclosed for business purposes. Requests are limited to two per rolling 12-month period and may be limited to the prior 12 months of data.

To Delete Personal Information: NATSAVE will delete data as of the request date and direct service providers to do likewise; this may involve de-identification and may limit certain functions.

To Stop Selling Personal Information: NATSAVE states it does not sell or rent Personal Data for monetary consideration, though some no-consideration transfers may constitute a "sale" under applicable law. Users may request disclosure, deletion, or cessation of such transfers without discrimination for exercising these rights.

Service Providers

NATSAVE may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the Service, including for Analytics, CI/CD Tools, and Behavioural Remarketing.

Links to Other Sites

The Service may contain links to other sites not operated by NATSAVE. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. NATSAVE does not knowingly collect data from children under 18 and will remove such data if discovered without verified parental consent.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page, with email notice and a prominent in-Service notice provided prior to the change taking effect.
