Assisting Relationship Managers in maintaining and growing the bank's client portfolio while providing financial analysis and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Financial analysis of client statements and creditworthiness assessments Primary client contact for inquiries and issue resolution Monitor accounts, track loan covenants, identify cross-selling opportunities Prepare credit memos and present to credit committees Ensure regulatory compliance Monitor industry trends Assist with legal/financial documentation Build client relationships and report on portfolio performance
Qualifications
Grade 12 completion University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field 1–3 years experience in corporate sales or a related role Knowledge of financial products/services Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills PowerPoint/presentation proficiency
