Team recruitment, development, and leadership within the corporate banking segment Customising strategic plans for the FI, MNOs & DO business unit Achieving income growth targets and operational metrics Structuring financing solutions Conducting customer visits and market research Managing non-performing loans and risk profiles Ensuring regulatory compliance and audit response
Qualifications
University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Social Sciences Grade 12 Credit minimum in Mathematics and English plus three additional subjects Minimum 5 years corporate sales experience Financial products knowledge Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office
