Key Responsibilities

  • Team recruitment, development, and leadership within the corporate banking segment
  • Customising strategic plans for the FI, MNOs & DO business unit
  • Achieving income growth targets and operational metrics
  • Structuring financing solutions
  • Conducting customer visits and market research
  • Managing non-performing loans and risk profiles
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and audit response

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Social Sciences
  • Grade 12 Credit minimum in Mathematics and English plus three additional subjects
  • Minimum 5 years corporate sales experience
  • Financial products knowledge
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
