Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and lead the Corporate Banking team
  • Implement strategic plans for the FI, MNOs & DO business segment
  • Deliver income growth targets and operational metrics
  • Structure financing solutions and manage client relationships
  • Build a customer-centric culture
  • Manage costs within budget
  • Oversee non-performing loans management
  • Manage credit, operational, and reputational risks
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk framework adherence
  • Improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Grade 12 Credit or above mandatory in Mathematics and English
  • Minimum 5 years in corporate sales environments
  • Knowledge of financial products/services
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
